GE Capital, TRENT HOUSE

Hello guys...How's things? It has been really quiet lately since a lot of the malaysian students went back to malaysia for summer break. I had nothing to do today, so I thought why not make a memo of what happens today...
Anyway, my work starts at 4pm and finishes at 9pm. I've working at GE Capital, Trent House for nearly a month now. It has been a great experience so far..both good and bad. I have learnt so much that I kind of enjoyed what I'm doing right now.
Let me just explain about what I actually do at GE. I work as part of a collection staff. Basically we handle inbound calls, outbound calls and manual queue for auto loan. So far I've done the manual queue, which I think is the easiest part of all...Coz you get to call the costumer in your own time. But today, most of my time was spent on the dialler, doing the outbound call. It was tough at first since we have to talk to costumers and assess their aggreement at the same time... But I am getting the hang of it.  
To me the good bit is when you get costumers who understands your job. They would cooperate with you and this kind of costumers are a lot easier to handle. However, I did make a few calls to costumers who had the guts to sign up for an agreement of an auto loan..but then ended up with too many arrears and tried to run away from paying them....Oh well.... You just have to know how to negotiate with them and persuade them to pay what they've owed the company. 
I'm really glad, I made the decision to join in with GE capital. Who knows, all this experience and knowledge will be useful in the future!!

CARA MEMBUAT NASI AYAM YANG LEMBUT
Macammana nak buat nasi ayam supaya nasinya tidak kembang seakan lembut; walaupun air sup yang saya masukkan sedikit sahaja.
Nasi Ayam yg cukup sedap hendaklah dicampur dengan beras wangi. Jika menggunakan 300 g beras biasa, campur dengan 150 g beras wangi kerana ini akan mengharumkan lagi nasi tersebut. Secara amnya, gunakan hanya 800 ml cecair (sebagai contoh, 600 ml air + 200 ml air rebusan ayam) untuk memasak dan jangan terlalu dikacau kerana butir beras akan hancur dan nasi tidak cantik.
Boleh juga gantikan air rebusan/stok tadi dengan 2 camb stok pekat ayam (di dalam botol). Pastikan juga campuran bawang ditumis hingga wangi kemudian asingkan minyaknya. Beras di'goreng' dengan bawang tadi hingga kering airnya sebelum memasukkan cecair dan dimasak seperti biasa (di dalam electric rice cooker). Bila nasi masak, barulah dicampur kembali dengan minyak gorengan bawang tadi.

GRADUATION DAY 2005

Today, I actually went to Beckett Park campus to see my friends receive their degree. It was really warm but thank God everything ended well. By the end of the day, it was a lot cooler and I have to admit...I had a great time... But I was really tired...and do you what!!!.. I had to work that evening....Well....as long as I get to celebrate my friends' graduation day....it was worth it...

FOOD GELORE I

 For the past few weeks, i've been having this so-called food craving. I think I actually beat those pregnant women. It's really funny!! I know that this is going to continue for a while but.... well!! I supposed we can consider it as THE preparation for the future.
I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I enjoy cooking it...
